Influenced with our rich industrial experience for the past 13 years, we have standardized the complete manufacturing process and maintained the composition for each application giving the best and consistent results.

WEAR PLATES AND MIXING SHOVELS: Manufactured from a combination of Chromium-Molybdenum-Nickel White cast Iron prominently known as “NIHARD”.These wear parts are further heat treated to achieve a fully Martensitic Matrix with extremely hard chromium –Molybdenum Carbides. The best wear resistant microstructure available in this grade.

MIXING ARMS: Manufactured from special hard cast Steel and heat treated to increase its hardness and microstructure to improve its wear resistance.

SIDE WEAR PLATES: Manufactured from abrasion resistant steel plates, which are heat treated to enhance its Abrasion Resistant properties.

Some of the quality controlling measures followed by us:

• SPECTROMETER ANALYSIS: With the use of SPECTROMETER we analyze the chemical composition of molten metals before poured into the mould. With this testing we chemically assure the composition of the castings supplied by us.

• Following standardized manufacturing procedures.

• Using Metallic core box and patterns which give excellent surface finish and dimensional tolerance for the castings.

• Applying a standardized twin phase heat treatment process to achieve the microstructure and to obtain maximum hardness.

• Microscopic reports to analyze the microstructure of the parts.

In addition, we take care in packing the products and transport it using special packaging materials, and use the best mode of transportation facility.

Production Facilities

We possess a well-equipped plant with all the basic infrastructure facilities. Being a quality conscious entity we very carefully control over all phases of production to manufacture only qualitative range of products. We have an internal quality system with essential check points during production and are already in the process of obtaining ISO 9001: 2008 certification.

Besides all above we also remain conscious towards upgrading our tools and technologies with the changing market trends so that our machines work efficiently to produce bulk products within minimum lead time.
